between Brands and Generics? Why do people prefer Generics?

spend less on advertising and product development and because generic
versions of the same medication create competition and competition can

Where is the medication
shipped from? Is it safe to take them?
We ship from India (World Leader for Generics manufacturing), where we
have an opportunity to collaborate with the most known all over the world
Generic producers, such as Ranbaxy, Cipla, Ajanta Pharma. Our generic
prescription meds are manufactured on government certified facilities and
meet or exceed the highest US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and
World Health Organization (WHO) standards, that are why YES, it is safely.
How can I make
an order? Can I do it by phone?
We don’t take orders by phone. According
to our security privacy all the credit cards information must be typed
by a customer only. That is why all the orders must be made directly
via MedStore official website.
What forms of
payment do you accept?
At this moment we accept only Visa credit cards.
How much do you
charge for a doctor's consultation to write a prescription?
There is no doctor’s consultation
charge! Our doctor prescribes for free.
Why can't I order
more than 1 medication at once?
To minimize out customer’s
costs, we do cooperate with different suppliers, who have different sending
options. That is why we may ship orders separate. Important is that if
you make several orders within 24 hours, you pay for one delivery only,
but in such cases we do not sum up prescription meds costs for your next free
delivery.
When do I get
my order?
When the payment is confirmed by the bank, your order status transforms
to “Pending”.
Once the doctor approves your prescription, your order becomes “Approved”. All the orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. You should allow 5–9 business days for a Fast shipping (express mail) and 12–16 business days for a Standard shipping (regular mail). We do not have next
day delivery.
How can I track
the number of my order?
The orders sent via Regular Air Mail are not tracked, they have only
the reference number, which doesn’t
allow to trace the package. The orders sent via Fast Mail Service have
tracking numbers and you may trace your shipment steps online from your
personal space (you must be logged in).
How will the package
arrive? Will people be able to tell its contents?
All packages are shipped in plain packaging to protect your privacy.
And we do not mention any costs on the package as well.
How do I get a
discount?
Once you have ordered with our website and the order status transformed
to “Shipped”,
you get 20% free bonus values for all your next orders.
What should I
do if I don't receive my order on time?
This kind of problem is relevant only if the package stocks at the custom
house of you country. In this extra situation it is advised to contact
MedStore support without delay by our free hot-line 1-800-775-4570 (9
am – 5
pm ET) or via message to MedStore support service. We always care about
our consumer’s privacy and would reship the order immediately within 2 business days with
no additional payment.
I've made an order,
but didn't get any confirmation, why is that?
We always confirm our customers about their order status changes via
email, but some emails could be failed because of the customer’s
anti-spam security. In such cases, you need to pass the authorization
process via our website and see the status of your order in your private
zone. If there is still a problem with confirmation, MedStore support
is open for any of your questions.
I have placed
the order but the processor declined my payment, my credit
card works perfect, what is the matter?
All the money transactions are made directly through your bank system.
If your credit card is not accepted you have to call your bank and ask
the reason for this decline.
I have made an
order but changed my mind; can I get my money back?
Yes. You have to contact MedStore support to refund your payment.
Can
you ship to my country?
We ship to all over the world, where aviation mail can be delivered.
